Project Vision for 2027

Over the next two years, the project will focus on acquiring land and navigating the permitting process through the Bishop Planning Committee and the state of California. This phase, estimated to take 9 months to 1.5 years, will involve land clearing and preparation for RV spaces. By prioritizing these initial steps and leveraging a holding company, the project aims to streamline subsequent development phases, with the ultimate goal of opening the resort by 2027.
